Is this like the lock and key recipe? I looked at some of these recipes and i can tell why everybody is soo fat that eats at KFC because there is a crap load of MSG in all of their recipes. If I would make these recipes i would use alot less oil and shortening and take out the msg completely.
Do these recipes also cause diarrhea?
